Belfast Cohousing & Ecovillage is a multi-generational and environmentally sustainable cohousing community, in Belfast, Maine. The community includes land reserved for agricultural use and open space, energy efficient homes, and pedestrian space in the heart of the community. Homes vary in size from 500 to 1750 square feet and include duplexes, triplexes and a quad clustered together to encourage interaction.
Little River Community Farm is supported by members who grow organic vegetables. The Common House, with a kitchen, and dining room provides a centralized place for socializing and sharing. Homes are priced from the high $100's.
